There were 88 drug courts in Floridain operation for at least two years as of April 2007; 4 had recently been created; and 7 were being implemented.

In 2006, Floridahad 47,627 treatment admissions for drugs or alcohol, increasing from 37,498 in 2005, and decreasing from 104,737 in 2004.
